craft glue recommendations, please!

I need glue for ribbon, diamante, plastic, things like that.

I've been using E6000 but it seems to dry and clog really quickly, and i'm therefore wasting a lot of it and it's becoming expensive.

So, I'm needing one that wont set if I just put it aside while fiddling about with my crafting.

Any suggestions?

I tend to use gem-tac for diamantes and plastic (and diamantes onto plastic, glass, leather etc). For ribbon I generally use anitas tacky pva glue or double sided sticky tape. Sometimes I use silicon glue, depends on what it's being used for and how.
If I'm sticking gems to card / paper then I will use mod podge.
