What colourful Aran yarn for this crochet sweater?!

Hi everyone, I want to make this retro Crochet jumper but the pattern uses 9 x £15 yarn in the book! I'm therefore looking for a good Aran with decent colour range. My ideal would be a acrylic/wool blend but often they have poor colour ranges. I'm therefore toying with Stylecraft Special Aran but a bit nervous about it being 100% acrylic. Any thoughts?

Stylecraft has Aran in a 80/20 mic of acrylic/wool. Not as many shades as the acrylic though.
