making a birthday card to send to Milkshake for dd (5)

what do you do - a card or a piece of A4? hints, tips, please - am thinking of Peppa Pig but do I need glitter etc or can I just draw it? cheers, Dinny

We did one for DD's 1st birthday to send to CBeebies. We use a piece of A3 card. Printed off pics from their website (these were Fimbles), coloured them in with felt pen and stuck them over. Added her name and age in bent pipe cleaners and added glitter all over
