Isn't this the same as k2togtbl?

My pattern row is this:
Yo, SSK, Yo, K4, S2K1P, K4, Yo, k2tog, Yo, K1.

SSK
Slip 2 sts Knit wise one at a time from the LH needle tip through both front loops and Knit together.

Isn't that a really complex way of saying k2togtbl?
It would make sense because it mirrors the K2tog on the other side of S2K1p.
What do you think?
