From a £5.99 piece of Perspex from Amazon. Just used pva to paste them on and to the wall. Really matches the 'arsenic' paint from f and b.

How odd! Bank of England ones can be swapped for new ones forever apparently. You need to post/take them to the Bank of England though.

All withdrawn Bank of England notes remain payable at face value for all time. They can be exchanged for new banknotes at the Bank of England, either in person in London or by post.
