flat bed sewing machine or not for dressmaking?

I love the look of the Janome 6600P machine as it seems to meet all my requirements re durability as semi industrial combined with 1 step buttonhole/computerized stitches etc but I have just realized it is only flat bed.

I have only ever sewn using machines that have a removable bed to give an arm to sew cuffs/hems etc. Do other people manage with flat bed style, presumably everyone managed years ago as all machines were all flat. Would I be able to adjust my sewing accordingly as I dont want to make an expensive mistake?

Alternatively would the Juki HZL DX range be durable enough

What will you mostly be making? These look like quilting/craft machines rather than dressmaking? I used to make clothes on a flat bed Singer, so yes you can. OTOH the removable flat bed on my newer machine has broken so I only sew on that machine without, this doesn't seem to matter too much.
