Concealed zips - would they look daft used on a make up bag?

Thought it would look pretty tidy, but are they just for dressmaking?
Anybody used one on a make up bag? Xx

I've used them on a small bag for handbag clutter make-up, and also in a jewelery roll and they look fine, imo.
