Fabric door stop - what do you fill it with and where do you get it from?

I want to make a doorstop for DD's room like this
Has anyone tried this - what did you fill it with? This says wheat, but where do you get wheat from and what do you need to do to make sure it doesn't go mouldy / start sprouting?

TIA...

Fill it with a brick and stuffing.

Could do - quite fancied the idea of wheat on the basis that if DD turns out anything like DS she is bound to head-butt it at some stage...

I would fill it with rice.

Good idea mabel - less allergens than wheat and the worst it will do if it gets damp is swell a bit (the house isn't particularly damp so it would soon dry out again).

Rice it is. I will put it on a shopping list - Thank you!
