Shrinkles

Can anyone help?
I bought my daughter some shrinkles and I'm confused by the instructions.
In the pack are the sheets to be coloured but also a piece of what appears to be gloss paper and an opaque sheet.

Maybe I'm being dense but the instructions are not clear on what goes where.

Is anyone an expert?

I love Shrinkies! The clear ones are great for tracing. Use a Sharpie. I like to make sweary things.
