Hello all,
I'm trying to get hold of some feathers like the ones in this picture, small and very thin and delicate.
Any idea where to get them from?
I'm trying Ebay but I have no idea what to search for, I've tried everything and can't work out what kind of feathers they are.

Where can I get these feathers?

Are they feathers that have been trimmed?

Looks like individual pieces from an ostrich feather - you can buy it as lengths of trim. Like this - www.thefeatherfactory.co.uk/categories/ostrich-fringes/44/
The more expensive versions are pretty much always much nicer quality than the cheaper ones I've seen in terms of fullness and length, but I guess you'd only need a short piece.

Have you tried Etsy?
Try typing in 'saddle' or 'hackle' feathers too, I think that's what they're called.
