I want to make some scarves as presents using heat transfer dye but it only works on synthetic fabrics or mixtures with very low % of cotton.
I've tried a few fabric shops but can't find anything suitably soft against the skin. I've also tried some samples from online shops but though they look lovely they feel too rough and 'crepey'.
I had a scarf from DS for xmas and the label says 100% polyester but it feels like a soft thin cotton. Anyone know where I can buy this material from?
