Where to sell card - making materials?

My elderly neighbour has decided to give up card-making and still has a lot of materials.
I am not a card-maker and have no idea where to start with helping her to sell her stuff.
Any ideas please?

There are several card making groups on Facebook. Some of them allow sales. If you're on FB it might be worth a look on there.
