Curtain lining help please!

I'm sewing some curtains for my bedroom. The fabric width for each curtain is 150cm and the only blackout lining I can find is 137cm. Do I need to buy an extra length of fabric to sew in to make the lining the same width? As you can probably tell, I am a novice, but it seems like a lot of faff for 13 cm!

I wouldn't, I would just trim the main fabric and make the curtains just under 137cm wide. Where was your main fabric from?

When I made mine the blackout lining was narrower than the main fabric on purpose and the fabric was folded to the back to make it neat. Think the "border" of fabric on the back was only a fee cm on mine but more would've been fine.

Thanks both. Main fabric is from Ada and Ina.

How wide is your window?

Pole is 180cm and I am doing a pencil pleat. Was planning to pull less taut to fudge the issue that it isn't exactly double the width. (So 2 X 150cm curtains).
