Jewellery clasps

I have a number of leather strap type necklaces with slip knot tightening instead of clasps. I've gone off the knot-effect around my neck and want to cut it and attach clasps.

I'm not sure what I'm looking for though and uncertain what term to use on the Internet. I've tried jewellery clasps and nothing looks all that suitable!

Advice, oh crafty ones please!

You need end pieces, crimpers to hold them in place on the leather and then some chain/jump rings to attach your bolt/trigger clasp to.

Can end up quite pricey buying all the bits and pieces. I wouldn't unless you're bound to use them again. Shouldn't be too pricey a job to get a jeweller to do.

Beans Direct and Jilly beads sell this kind of stuff.
