What can I make as presents for 3 year olds?

I'm broke, but have a rash of 3-year-old birthdays coming up (mostly girls, as it happens). Trying to think of something I can make them. Any ideas???

vague memory of stained glass windows made with pastry and melted boiled sweets? -

kits for them to make stuff?

am starting 3 yo ds on pre cut felt shapes. get cheap felt, punch holes to sew, et voila.

gardening kits-seeds plus cheap tools (tescos)

beads + elastic for necklaces

1 x nice biscuit cutter and mix

califrau - cookie making kit is a great idea - will nick that forthwith!
