Hi moondog - long time no speak - honestly, I'm I normal person, promise, just fancy dying some yarn to do stuff with - and plant fibres need different dyes to animal fibres ...

would make life so much easier if I could just do wool, but I haven;t got the yarn for that!!

Muminfife - I've obviously been given duff information - I was told that fibre reactive dyes work with soy ...

have never used acid dyes - can you suggest a good brand?

thanks for the signpost to houseofhemp.
