I need some suggestions of a non slip material I can use on hair clips.

I have had to take out my hair extensions and they have severely damaged my hair and left bald patches.

As a result I have very thin, weak hair and I need to clip it up everyday to hide the patches.

I am worried though that metal clips are going to damage my hair further so I wondered if there was a fabric - non slip - I could glue to the clips?

Can you suggest a fabric that would work and what sort of glue I need? It needs to be a material that doesn't fray as I won't be able to sew edges!!

I think I'd be tempted to cut the hair very short and start again.
not helpful I know

I think you'd be best asking your hairdresser for advice. There's bound to be a product that'll do the trick, you'll not be the first one to have this problem.

Hope your hair recovers soon.
