lampshade liners

I am looking for a black lampshade with sipper liner and a navy blue lampshade with a gold liner. They're really expensive custom made. Surely I can buy a black and blue shade and add a liner some how?! Any suggestions?!

The liner fabrics have to be fireproof, but they are quite easy to make from a kit (disclaimer I've seen it demonstrated but haven't done it myself). Would add up a bit if you made your own but might still be cheaper than custom, you'd just need half a meter of your black or navy fabric.
