Now, I'm actually a pretty good crafter with years of arts and crafts under my belt in various jobs, but I might be stumped on this one!
I've got these flip flops, which I've already 'blinged' up with some flowers, but I need them to be silver really or possibly lilac. (Dress that they are to go with is silver and imho, the white of the flip flops are too stark.) I know the easy thing would be to find some silver or lilac ones, but where's the challenge in that!
.
I'm on a roll with some old sling back shoes and am half way to blinging them, so I thought I'd give the flip flops a go too. They were only £6, so I'm not that fussed if they don't work. I was thinking I could use some sort of paint? Spray paint possibly? It would need to be permanent obviously. I guess they are made of foam, like the craft foam sheets you can buy for the kids.
What do you think? Worth a go? I'm on school holiday and no kids to look after, so I have time to waste!
These are the flip flops, before and after flowers added.
