Where could I sell unwanted sewing stuff?

DM has loads and loads of fabric and other sewing stuff. She did quilting and made her own clothes, but is now unable to do it any more. Obviously there is ebay, but would there be a more craft-orientated site? Or any other ideas?

What is she selling? I might be interested Grin

I would think selling locally would be best, as fabric can be heavy to post. Gumtree or local Facebook page?

PeopleOnTheEdgeOfTheNight · 04/02/2016 18:27

Sorry to hear that.

Gumtree might be worth trying- cash on collection and no postage fees. Maybe donating it to a charity she supports could work. Whereabouts are you?

The Sweing Forum has a buy and sell section, have a look, people often sell pieces of fabric.

Thanks!

I need to check it all, but there are reams and reams of mostly printed cotton fabric AFAIK. Some pieces large enough to make clothes, some more for quilting. It will be a month or two before I can get to look at it properly.
