I need little plastic trees for homemade snow globes?

I'm going to make homemade snow globes with the kids this Christmas. But I can't source mini plastic trees to put in them. I ordered some toy railway ones from Amazon but the leaves come off in water.

Any ideas?

More expensive - but Lego trees?

I made these last year - my local kitchen shop had a good supply of mini trees, reindeer, snowmen etc - they were cake toppers. Very cheap too.

I bought some off aliexpress but there are some on ebay. Search for 'bottle brush Christmas tree'.
