Are IKEA's paints for children washable?

The description on the packaging doesn't mention that they are and with my very messy toddler I'm reluctant to buy them if not.

Yes they are. Why they don't have it written on the packaging is a mystery to me.

But we regularly use them and have it all over hands and faces and all surfaces and it washes off very easily.
