Categorising the Arts and Crafts forum

Would it be possible to break up the Arts and Crafts forum into different bits, e.g. sewing, knitting, scrapbooking, etc. - it would definetely make it easier to browse! Thanks.

What a brilliant idea, I hate trawling through a pile knitters, sewers, kids wing makers, face painter, need I say more.
I bet thats one of the reasons it isn't busy. I've stopped bothering to drop in as much because the site has become realy boring.

Even just taking the papercraft (cards, scrapbooks etc) folks out would really help.

(I don't mean "take out" in a mafiaish way, really, more a "put them somewhere else" way.)

Yes, instead of being part of Art & Craft have a seperate section called Scrapbooking & Cardmaking

Yes, that would work. Because the fabric/yarn type folks have a fair bit of overlap with each other anyway, I think.

I don't like this idea personally. Don't think it's necessary really

fabric overlaps with aspects of scrapbooking so taht wouldn't work and i sew onto my card and layouts so where would i go (if i ever decided to regualrly post in A&C that is )

Its not busy and people tend t say what they "do" in their title anyway

I think A&C has gone really quiet recently and now I don't think that there is enough posters to warrant diff sections...but thats my opinion . I actually quite like seeing what everyone is up to..knitting, sewing etc
