crochet - granny square cushion cover question

Hello!
I'm new to crocheting and I'm loving it! I'm making a single large granny square cushion cover - it's erm... 'holey' though - do I line the cushion pad with something before putting the crochet cover on??

I'm clueless!

I would, do you have old pillowcases or sheets, these are what I use

Hmmm - good idea, the only problem is that I'd probably need to be able to sew for that...and I can't! Blush

what about ikea? I use their cheap cushions rather than a cushion pad as they're already covered

Ooh - good idea, thanks!

No need. To sew. I use iron-on wonder web.
