This is similar, but no cables on sleeves.

I've found a bunch of cabled sweaters on knitty, including one I must make myself, but nothing that quite matches ... you might find stuff you like there?

Tinker, I've got a load of cable knit sweater patterns somewhere - but since I moved house I haven't unpacked the box with them in

I'm not allowed to move boxes at the moment since my op, but will have a look for them as soon as I can. I'll let you know if I find one!
