sewing patterns for girls' dresses

I am looking for nice patterns or sewing blogs for making dresses for a 10 year old. I have been googling and coming up with lots of American blogs which are a bit too flouncy for me and the clobber all looks a bit 'homemade'. I want a more modern, streamlined look. Does anyone have some suggestions for me?

I have 2 boys, but my nieces wear endless versions of these 'playtime' dresses oliverands.com/oliver-and-s-patterns/OLV-OS042PT.html

I like Oliver and S patterns in general, I think they look like clothes that kids actually wear on a regular basis.

I have made Simplicity 1457 a few times. In silk view A was lovely for an event. View b is great in cottons without sleeves for summer.

The long sleeved A became a lovely tunic when it was shortened.

Thanks for both your suggestions (lavendersun thanks -you've helped me before!) I had seen Oliver and S already but couldn't remember the name so thanks for reminding me. The Simplicity one looks great too. Much more the kind of thing I had in mind!
