Dungarees are in the shops! They have come back into fashion - I thought of you and your pattern when DD asked me for some this week.

Everywhere has them, mostly sold out, it must have passed us by Grin.

If I can't find any in the shops I am going to make some using a lekla pattern!

Grin really!? I'll have to get the pattern out of the folder in the garage then & look for some fabric (I think they're quite 70's in style...sure the girls won't mind if I find some pretty fabric on Fabricland's website!)

Yep, Gap - sold out, Joules - sold out, Boden - 16 week order time, Debenhams - sold out.

I am going to buy a pattern. Obv DD didn't hear about your pattern but her long term hero, George in Famous Five seems to have worn them!

I am going to measure her and get one of these to fit - if you haven't bought from them before they are fab.

Just noticed that all their patterns are $1.79 at the minute, even better.

Is that a downloadable pattern?

I don't have a working printer at the mo Sad .

I'll root mine out and see just how dated it is.

Yes, in fact I just bought it, should be working of course Grin. £1.59 after I had added in the extra for seam allowance which I always do as I find it easier.

They have quite a few free downloads if you can print sometime.

I usually print - stick while we are watching a film and then trace if I can be bothered. I probably won't trace this as it is for denim, I find that if I print on the cheap paper my Dad buys (tight) it is quite flexible, whereas if I use the decent stuff I print on it is a bit stiff.

Now there's a thought. I wonder if my dad would download and print it for me.

I've just taken delivery of masses of Elsa dress fabric from Fabricland though, dp may give me a Hmm if I start planning more stuff to make Grin
