Need something to stick objects in the bottom of a snowglobe

So, I'm making snowglobe a with around 100 children and need a way to stick the object in the bottom. Hot glue gun and super glue are out due to the location of the activity, in a very busy hall.

What else would work?

Think the surge will not be set enough.

Have found double sided number plate tape which might do the job.
