My daughter wants a multicoloured crayon for Xmas - ie where the leads are different colours. She swears she's seen one and I vaguely think I have sometime, but now can't find. Any ideas? Thanks

I've seen them in the shop at the Wallace Collection in London (Wallace website )- Wallace v good on encouraging children's drawing - lots of Big Draw events - so I should think the shop people would be happy to tell you who their supplier is. The website version of the shop doesn't mention them, though.

The British Library also were selling them as part of their Magic Pencil exhibition on children's book illustration - but that was some years ago & I think the pencils were produced specially.

Finally, I think there is an MNer - skribble??? not sure if I'm right, apologies to skr if I'm wrong! - who has a toyshop & sells them.
