Play dough-is this the recipe ?

Its years since i made play dough.
seem to remember its
1 cup flour
1 cup salt
few drops olive oil
food clolouring
Anyone ?

lol havent made it myself before but dds nursery makes it so smooth and cold , its perfect and i always wanted to know how. they did tell me but by the time i got time i had forgot the recipe

This is the recipe our nursery gave me (although I haven't tried it yet):

2 tbs cooking oil
2 cups flour
1 cup salt
2 cups water
4 tsps cream of tartar
food colouring
