Applique 'Letters' (or something similar)- Where to source ?

I've been asked to make a couple of floor cushions as Xmas presi's (my first commissions, yippee, very excited) and have to include names of the recipients on them.
I'm thinking applique letters (that I can either sew or iron on - what's the best method?) but cannot find anywhere that sells them - I've searched on the internet but not had any luck.
Or, has anyone got any other ideas of applying the names ? I thought about cutting the letters out of felt myself but I want the cushions to look as professional as possible - as they'll be a good advert for my new little business.
I'd be very grateful for any suggestions

no probs, just seen all those typo's, ds3 was feeding at the time!!

found a few online stores.

wont link to them

crafty-devils (com) - felt shapes
anthonypeters (com) - collage
ebay.ie - sanas place

search for "iron on letters" in ebay uk and you'll get some really nice ones.
There are some yummi chrystal letters and pictures that will be fab for a girl cushion.
search ebay shops for DAZZLiNG IRON ON GARMENT DECORATION and Crystals R us ironon beads crafts.

just saw your q re best method. I guess it depends on the look you're going for. you could iron the letter on and then do a decorative stitch around the letters.

you can put a small label that has your biz name on it.

exciting!! please let us know how you get on and the results!!

Thanks so much ! That's fantastic information. You're a star.
I can send you some pics when I've finished if you like - tho you may not want to give out your email address.
Don't worry about the typo's - made me chuckle

i did some party bags with names on which i raaaaather paainstakingly cut out of felt.
however, if i had forked out for one of the aalphabet sets for my bigshot, i think it would have looked ;more professional.
try that
