Recommendations for paper cutter please?

I've recently taken up card making. Bought a Swordfish paper cutter but it turned out to be useless - just a kuind of plastic ruler with a blade attached and a separate cutting mat - cant cut anything straight.

What do other MNers use for paper cutting? I want to cut cards and paper/card for layering and I would really like it to be straight. I never realised that an A4 sheet of paper was not an even number of inches or cms!

i have a x cut mini guillotine for small bits of paper. I also have a Fiskars paper trimmer with removable/replaceable blade for bigger pieces of paper

Thanks for this. A local crafting shop is closing down and selling everything off, and they had the mini guillotine 40% off. it seems really good.
