Where's the best place/s to find one for my mum's Christmas box?

What's the budget?

Mostly not quite my thing, but these might appeal depending on sense of humour.

I did like the welcome tiny overlord one.

The ultimate, as far as I've seen, is the Liberty crafts department on Regent Street in London. I quite like this one and this one from the website ('Gifts for Grandparents' section).

A big branch of John Lewis will have some nice ones.

MonstrousRatbag - these are needlepoint (tapestry) not cross stitch!

It really depends on the sort of things she likes.

If she already cross-stitches and has all the threads etc, she might prefer a pattern & fabric rather than a kit. If she likes really big projects there is a company called Scarlet Quince who do patterns based on works of art. Once completed they look like proper paintings, as they are so detailed. Totally recommend them!

Sorry! Liberty does have cross stitch though.
