Specifically, this is my problem -
some bath oils are great, my Jo Malone bath oil disperses in the water and clearly has something apart from oil and essential oils to do that
Other oils, like my Willow Organic oil is just an oil that sits on top of the water - lovely but I want to know what the dispersal agent is that makes it become part of the water
