Knitting book for babies

Hi all,

Wondered if anyone could recommend a good knitting book for baby clothes? I'm not a particularly skilled knitter but have a fairly good handle on reading patterns etc. However lots of the books I've seen so far have lots of toys/teddies etc. which isn't really what I want.

Any recommendations would be fab! Thank you!

Debbie Bliss has some lovely baby and toddler pattern books. Have a look on amazon, they give you a preview of the book and you can see the pictures of the patterns.

I have a few Debbie bliss books and they are ok. I don't like how each pattern is made up from lots of pieces rather than being knit in the round to make it easier! I get my patterns from ravelry. If anyone knows of a good in-the-round baby knitting book id be v interested.

I have a old faithful Debbie Bliss book, must have has it for ten years but I always go back to it.

I've got Dorling & Kindersley Baby & Toddler Knits made Easy. It's got a nice mix of clothes, accessories, toys and things for the nursery. Also Ravelry has a lot of free patterns.

I agree - get yourself over to Ravelry and you will find every pattern you could ever want. No need to buy books unless you particularly want to.

I had a look at Ravelry and have picked out a gilet to knit! But will also check the books out too!
