Girls party dress pattern? HELP ! (please)

Hi!

I'm looking for a pattern to make DD(7 but tall) a pretty dress for Christmas. I'm quite new to sewing but feel confident to give it a go. I've made a few things from new look/simplicity/burda patterns but I'm not sure where else to look. I'd like something a bit like this Monsoon dress
but most patterns seem to have a single layer and then add an underskirt if wanted.

All ideas appreciated

Have you tried googling Communion Dress sewing patterns?

Just add more layers of skirt. Sew them up separately and gather hem separately. Then put them all inside each other, gather them up to fit and sew them on.

Not sure you need a pattern for that.

Super easy free pattern, can look good and for the occasion depending on fabrics used. My first dresses made was with this pattern. She also sells some other gorgeous patterns. Cottage Mama Party Dress
