Anyone used a long arm quilter?

I'm about to embark on two wedding present quilts - probably double bed sized. I'm fairly new to quilting and don't have the equipment to machine quilt them my selves or the inclination to hand quilt them.

One will probably take a pantograph design and the other would be benefit from some custom work.

I'm London based but can post stuff anywhere if people have recommendations.

I don't yet have a quilty network to ask but gather some of you are pretty experienced!

I haven't been fortunate enough to have her quilt anything to me but this lady, at Running Chicken isn't too far from London, if posting is a pain, and she does some lovely work. She came to our quilt group to do a talk and show off her stuff and she goes to shows so I have seen what she can do. It isn't cheap though.
