Where can I order some material online to make a Frozen Elsa cape?

DD is going to a Frozen party and wants a cape, I am not handy with a needle and thread at all but thought I would try and make a cape. Can any of you recommend some material please? I saw some on Etsy but it can take up to 30 days to be delivered from China which is far to long as the party is soon.

Ebay is full of it. here I did the search where you ditch all sellers that aren't from the UK.

Oh wow - there is so much more available now than when I made dd one back in April!

It's a no sew tutorial btw - even I managed it which is saying something!
