Can anyone recommend a calligraphy set for an 8-year old?

DD's friend would like a calligraphy set for his 8th birthday; one with pens and ink, I think, rather than felt pens. I have looked on google and been overwhelmed with the choice; does anyone know what you would start with?

I had something similar to www.whsmith.co.uk/products/sheaffer-maxi-calligraphy-pen-gift-set/product/33123974 as a child. In fact still have it somewhere.

I'd start with something less expensive for a child, as only the most patient beginner will spend time doing the necessary practicing with pencil-and-paper before getting to the pen-and-ink stage.
