Pound shops for supplies, you'll get all basic card, paper, glitter, glue, Pom Pom type this there and perhaps other inspiration.

For activities.......... Confused
Painting? This can be as themed or free form as you like, cut out a large basic fish shape and have lo paint and then stick on sequins/stars, or just paint a picture.
Play dough? Make your own and keep in the fridge

All of mine have loved just colouring, painting, sticking etc.

HTH

Yes, Poundland has an awesome range of craft stuff suitable for toddlers - everytime I go in with dd I spend a fortune (she is 2.3).
Craft things that I have got from there that she has enjoyed include:
Finger paints
Sticky backed foam shapes, letters etc she can stick on paper
Rubber stamps (there is a dinosaur set she is obsessed with) - I bought some child friendly washable ink pads on eBay for her yo do stamping)
Stuff like mini pom-poms, felt letters, squares of tissue etc for her to make collages.
To name but a few!
We used to try to do actual craft "projects" (hippo noses out of cups, milk bottle elephants etc), but she's still not really able to do anything representational, so just letting her do her own thing within a loose structure (ie I get certain supplies out on the table for that particular session, then just let her create!) works best.

Can you find Red Ted Art on Facebook?

That page has a lot of crafty suggestions for all ages, but I've seen them posting a link to crafts for toddlers/crafts for two year olds recently. We haven't clicked on that one yet so I'm not sure how good the ideas are, but the whole page is worth a look.

Wilkinson a is full of stuff. At this age my DS loved painting and gluing and playdoh.

I second red red art, but even more would recommend the blog 'the Imagination Tree', which is stuffed full of lovely activities. It's much less about finished products, and more focussed on play and process-based art, which is all mine could manage at 16 months anyway! (Mainly all they can still manage, really...)
Enjoy!
