knitting squares for charity

where can I find out more information about this. I have a knitting club at school and now that we are getting better at knitting, I thought it would be great to have a purpose and do something for someone else (iykwim!)

thanks you too... I will see what Smurfie is involved with. I thought that others were knitting squares for this purpose too.
