We've moved from a house where windows in the DDs' room were taller than wide, I one where they're wider than tall. We all really like the fabric. Is there anything special about curtain construction to stop me from just putting new tape along the side and turning it into the new top. What will I find underneath when I take the old tape off? I can competently alter stuff on the sewing machine but I'm no seamstress.
