Lovely so my 4 year old wants this dress - who can blame her. Problem is I'm not sure how to form the collar.
Do I do flowers and then join them on a slight angle? How do I get them in the round? Do I do a button at the back or make it large enough to go over the head? They are cheap so I'm tempted to but one but my daughter likes me to make it and that's the fun of but isn't it?
Can any clever crocheter help me please?

Hi! I am more of a knitter, but do a bit of crotchet on the side(!) and would suggest you take a look at Ravelry (free website, some patterns are charged though) and look for something similar under "flower collar" or "necklace" as I have had a quick look and think you will be able to use the patterns to create the look you are after.

I would also think that a button at the back would be better than the large neckline. You could always choose a large button to compliment your flower neckline!

Sorry for nothing more practical, but I am afraid I have to follow patterns for crotchet!
Good luck!

Thank you, I had a look at Ravelry but don't think I used the right search terms.
Thanks so much, I'll def use that one Dug, it'll crochet up really quick, whilst looking for a more flowery one - what a lucky daughter, lots of dresses
