Dress fabric

I haven't made anything for ages, but have been given a simple tunic dress pattern and thought I would give it a go. Can anyone recommend where to purchase dress fabric (cheaply and on line preferably)?

Something pretty but casual... (Cotton/cotton mix)

The website design is just awful, but the fabric is lovely and so is the customer service ime. YMMV.
