I've had workmen in the house and got back today to find that because all the windows have been open one of my large canvas's that I painted for my husband as a present before we were together has come off the wall in a gust of wind and now has a rip in the middle of it.
The guys were extremely sorry but it clearly was a true accident, how do I go about fixing it.
Its about 2-3 inches long and straight and almost in the centre of the canvas. Any experiences on fixing canvas's would be gratefully received as this piece means a lot to me.
