scrapbooking question from a newbie

decided to do a scrapbook and have some pics from a trip to jodrell bank.

i want to make them star shaped. so, whats the best way to do it, what do i use so that it doesn't end up looking like ds2 has done it??

I have a Fiskars cutter and different shaped stencils for cutting shapes out. I am not very steady with scissors!

no, i tried scissors and it was crap!
is the fiskars thing easy to use or fiddly?

fiskars easy to use.

You still have to be a bit steady. On my first attempts I was known to slip and go wrong. practise on scrap paper first. Once you get the han go of it it makes cutting shapes far easier.
