Help! Panto fancy dress for tonight!!!

Has anyone any ideas please? I have no talent at all in making things but have to look like I've made an effort and can,t afford to hire a costume

I'd wear high boots, tights and shorts and be the Principal Boy. A waistcoat or millitary style jacket too.
