having art work framed- how much and where?

I'm going to resurrect my art and do some collage and make pictures from things I find in the countryside- leaves, twigs, berries, on felt etc.
I will need quite deep picture frames for this and wonder if it's best to buy the frames first or what? complete novice here...any ideas?

Cheap box frames can be hard to find!

I've had success at "the range" they have quite a few including some with multiple "boxes" in wood, white and black and Ikea do two, one small and one massive, no middle size .

I refuse to pay more than £10, which may be why I've struggled!
