I'd like to make something like this and am looking for yarn don't tell dp

Does this look like super chunky weight yarn? Does it look even chunkier because it's on a child?

Also, I think the stitch is back post treble. What do you reckon?

Thanks for reading. Brew

Not sure about the brands/stores you have in the UK, but if I were to make this I would likely use something like this. www.joann.com/lion-brand-wool-ease-thick-and-quick-yarn/prd12018.html#start=8 if that's any help? And either the glacier or sky blue for a similar color.

I'm not very good at naming stitches by sight. Good luck, I'm sure it will be adorable however you make it.

You could use Drops Eskimo. I've used it for making similar things and it looks a lot like that.

It's back post something, but I'm only a beginner!

Super Chunky with treble worked into to the back loop on every other row. have made a blanket with trebles worked into the back loop on every other row in super duper chunky recently and the effect is similar.

Excellent, thank you for your replies.

Back loop only on every other row, that sounds good.

I'm looking forward to this, the Eskimo yarn looks lovely. I have a 9mm hook ready, it'll take no time.
