Argh! Help! It's a knitting emergency! Anybody have this knitting pattern?

I'm desperately trying to get hold of a particular pattern as DD2 is about to grow out of a cardigan and it is so well loved it is unbelievable. We have to sneak it in to the wash like you do with a favourite teddy!

After much searching, I've discovered that the pattern is 'design J' in Sirdar's Essential Baby Book. BUT... It is the old version of the book that is out of print (the rosebud cardigan if you fancy a google).

Does anyone have the book?

Have you looked on the Sirdar website? You might be able to find the individual pattern number and google from there.

Can you post a photo of the cardigan? Maybe a pattern could be adapted to match the cardi.

Ladyface has found the right cardie!

It's possibly the right book but it could be the newer version. Hard to tell.

this if you click on see some of the designs has your cardie but the version deramores sells doesn't seem to have that design in it. Might be worth giving thread bear a ring, phone number is on the 'find us' link.

I'm sure I have that very book, I remember being sad that I couldn't sneak the rosebud cardigan onto either of the DSs, do you still need the pattern? Can look for it over weekend for you.
